AM Medical LLC has chosen to be an advocate for your health and health care. Because of this we do not participate with any form of insurance. This allows our office to always choose the best treatments for you without dealing with any type of outside party interference.
However, just because we do not participate with any type of insurance, does not mean that your insurance will not cover part or all of the costs for services performed in our office. Some of the services that we provide are not billable under most insurance company’s policies. We will supply you with an appropriate encounter form for each visit and service you receive at AM Medical LLC. You may elect to submit this to your insurance company with reimbursement made directly to you. We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
